LS Retail's partner network is a key component of our global success. Our partners play a vital role in selling, implementing, and maintaining LS Retail software solutions to more than 6700 customers in 157 countries. With a community of over 250 certified partners worldwide, LS Retail is the largest ISV in the Business Central community. To become an LS Retail Partner, vendors must meet several requirements, including completing official training on our software.
The LS Retail Partner Awards
The LS Retail Partner Awards highlight the exceptional accomplishments of our global partner network throughout the previous year. LS Retail Partners are designated Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level based on their performance. To reach these distinctions, partners must fulfill various criteria, such as meeting minimum sales objectives, showcasing strong technical capabilities, and providing customer references.

In 2024, a total of forty-two LS Retail partners achieved Gold Partner status, while twenty-five partners reached the Platinum Partner level.

Cloud partners of the year
In 2024, LS Retail partners have been actively transitioning their on-premise customers to the cloud, leveraging Software as a Service (SaaS). This shift enables customers to embrace the latest functionalities and remain competitive in their industries. “When evaluating new cloud implementations, migrations, and certifications, we’ve identified not one, but two standout partners,” says Peter Vach, Vice President of Partner Operations at LS Retail. “That's why LS Retail is proud to acknowledge two Cloud Partners of the Year for the first time.” Our Cloud partners of the year are twoday RelateIT in Denmark and Optimus Business Transformation in the United States! Both companies have demonstrated remarkable progress in introducing SaaS to both new and existing customers, while also training their teams for seamless deployment.
