LS Retail is thrilled to announce the relocation of one of its largest regional offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to new, enhanced facilities. This upgraded space will provide improved support for LS Retail’s expanding customer and partner networks in the region.
The Kuala Lumpur office has been moved to the vibrant Petaling District in Selangor, Malaysia. The Malaysian office of LS Retail first opened in 2014, and currently comprises 37 LS Retail employees in the departments of consulting services, product development ranging from fashion, inventory management, eCommerce integrations, analytics, and localizations. The branch has seen tremendous success since its initial opening, nearly tripling the partner network in the region and increasing the number of stores running on LS Retail software by ninefold.

The office hosted its grand opening in mid-November this year. “We are delighted to officially announce the opening of these new offices in Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates,” says Kristjan Johannsson, General Manager at LS Retail, “We are looking forward to continuing our commitment to delivering localized support and services to our valued customers and partners in these regions.”
