LS Retail's Portugal office has been named one of the top workplaces in the IT sector for 2025 by Great Place to Work Portugal!
Each year, Great Place to Work assesses organizations based on workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and overall experience. Companies must have at least 10 employees and complete the Trust Index Survey, which measures different workplace factors based on 60 statements and two open-ended questions:
- Credibility: Do employees feel they can trust management?
- Respect: Do employees receive appreciation at work?
- Pride: Do employees feel proud of their workplace?
- Camaraderie: Do employees work well with other teams?
- Fairness: Do employees feel they are treated fairly at work?
Employee responses are scored on a five-point scale, and companies that meet the highest benchmarks earn certification.
