NORMAL, LS Retail and twoday have signed a letter of intent that marks their commitment to upgrade all of NORMAL’s almost 800 stores to LS Central SaaS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  

Danish retailer NORMAL is a bargain-price variety store chain that sells shelf-stable food and personal care products from well-known brands. Founded in 2013, in the past eleven years it has grown to almost 800 stores across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Portugal, and Spain. The company plans to expand their operations in Europe with new stores over the next years. NORMAL currently operates its retail chain using Dynamics Nav 2015 and Dynamics 365 Business Central as ERP, and LS Central as their retail management software.  

LS Retail is the software house that develops LS Central, while twoday is the tech consulting company that will upgrade the solution. The project will start will the upgrade of all NORMAL stores to the latest version of Business Central, with parallel installations over the next three years. In the following phase they plan to do the SaaS migration.
