Boots Apotek and LS Retail sign new support services agreement
Boots Apotek in Norway, which also operates under the name Alliance Healthcare Norge Apotekdrift AS, has signed a new agreement with LS Retail which will guarantee continuous 3rd level support services in Boots pharmacies.
Earlier this summer, Boots successfully went live with LS Central for pharmacies, the comprehensive pharmacy management software from LS Retail. The company uses most of the functionality offered by LS Central, including dispensing management, customer loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail and point of sale functionality.
Under this new agreement, Boots Apotek will benefit from continuous support from LS Retail specialists, tailored specifically to its business needs. This service will be delivered through LS Retail’s new MaxAttention initiative, which focuses on providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support to LS Retail customers.

Boots Apotek plans to roll out the LS Central for pharmacies solution in close to 180 stores by the end of the year.
