Thanks to the Special Orders module, customers can decide if they want to pay for their goods in store, or have them delivered at home, and pay at delivery. If an item is unavailable in a store, orders can be sourced from the central warehouse or from another store location.
Flexible customer service, but with security checks
To keep its competitiveness, Kids Plaza offers refunds within 45 days since the purchase, free of charge. This policy however caused some business risks in the past. For example, shoppers may make a transaction to earn member points, then redeem these points during a second transaction, and only then ask for a refund of the first transaction. With the LS Retail software solution, Kids Plaza is now able to prevent this kind of fraudulent behavior.
