Challenge

Fun was created after various retailers merged together. Rapid growth caused fragmented business administration, difficult to anticipate purchases and inconsistent inventory data.

Solution

Fun centralized its IT system using Microsoft Dynamics ERP. TCOG (formerly The Concept Group)  was responsible for the implementation and also integrated the fashion add-on Pebblestone in the system. For purchasing and logistics was developed unique customization.
