De Kinder Planeet is a baby and children's clothing store located in Baal, Belgium.

In addition to clothes and toys, customers can find a wide range of products including furniture, home decoration, and cooking utensils.

In the wake of the exponential growth in online orders due to Covid-19, the company decided to put their focus online and made the decision to invest in a new online store and a new ERP software system. They selected TCOG as their technology partner, a LS Retail certified partner with high knowledge and experience in-house to run the project. Together, they implemented LS Central, a complete all-in-one retail software that extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

“Our logistics flow is much more efficient now. Before, orders were prepared in the store itself. Now this can be done directly from the warehouse with the TCOG cloud scan app. We also use this app to streamline the processes surrounding receipts and restocking store.” says Marikje Cypers, Managing Director at De Kinderplaneet. “LS Central software really improved our workflow.
