A.S. Watson opened their first Watsons flagship store in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2019 and received a great response. Today, they run a total of six stores across Vietnam.

Business case

When they opened their first store in Vietnam, A.S. Watson decided to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail software due to the excellent reputation of the software and the fact that it is a complete, end-to-end solution. The scalability of LS Retail software gave the management team confidence the system would grow with the business as it expands and easily enable them to increase the number of stores.
