The company, originally founded as a small sari-sari store (a small neighborhood shop), has grown into a significant business in the region, with stores across Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, and Abra.

As NJTC expanded, it quickly became evident that their existing business management systems were no longer aligned with their requirements.
