LS Retail Partner Program 2011

The LS Retail Partner Network is the backbone of our operation and we keep trying to find ways in which to strengthen it for the mutual benefit of LS Retail and the Partners. As you know, we have been running a Partner Program for several years offering benefits based on performance. The purpose of this letter is to introduce changes and additions to the LS Retail Partner Program.

As of 1 January 2011 the changed Partner Program will take effect. We will send out a reminder in time but the main changes are listed below:

  • LS Retail will send out status letters to Partners at regular intervals to inform how much more they need to achieve in order to reach the next level

  • To become LS Retail Platinum Partner – sales (new licenses + maintenance) over 2 years must reach 200.000€

  • To become LS Retail Gold Partner – sales (new licenses + maintenance) over 2 years must reach 100.000€

  • LS Retail will redirect 2% of last year´s revenue of new license sales to Platinum Partners to put into a marketing fund for advertising and/or tradeshows

  • New Special Awards will be introduced, such as LS Retail Partner of the Year in different categories, Rising Star of the Year, Add-on and Module Awards and finally special LS Retail Marketing Awards

The status letters will hopefully serve as an encouragement to reach higher and even though we have decided to raise the bar somewhat for Partners to achieve Platinum and Gold Partner status, we now include maintenance sales in the total sales figure. The marketing fund contribution from LS Retail to Platinum Partners will be 2% instead of 1% of last year´s new license sales. Finally, the new Special Awards we will introduce will give Partners a chance to distinguish themselves in a special way among the LS Retail family.

  
LS Retail Partner Program 2008

The present LS Retail partner program was launched almost 10 years ago. There will be some changes as of 2011 as listed above.

The number of partners has grown significantly and we have entered into new markets. The LS Retail partner program has supported this development very well. Our partners have never been more competent and focused on the LS Retail business.

We have now decided to expand the LS Retail Partner Program. The existing partner program requires our partners to go through certification and upgrade training. LS Retail is committed to providing new versions, technical and sales support and worldwide marketing material. This is a very efficient and fair program. 

In 2010 the focus has been on marketing material, with a number of new brochures already published, others updated and more to come. All necessary files for localization of this material is available to partners. It is also possible to obtain marketing photos from a new collection of LS Retail photographs. The annual Partner Conferences have proved to be an invaluable forum to present new product, exchange ideas and strengthen the network.
